  66. To SWITCH between AmiPac screen (4 colors screen) and WORKBENCH screen use
  67. the LEFT-AMIGA (or Commodore) + N and LEFT-AMIGA (or Commodore) + M

  69. YAPP PROTOCOL is (tm) 1986 by Jeffry B. Jacobsen -WA7MBL-
  70. All the tests HAS BEEN DONE on a BBS with WA7MBL software vers. 3.20-3.31
  71. YAPP protocol now is FULLY COMPATIBLE in showing informations on AmiPac's
  72. status/clock window with - SV1AIZ Multiuser BBS v4.20 - (c) 27/07/90 -
  73. S.Kavalaris. This uses a slightly different format than WA7MBL'format.
  74. With these type of BBS and AA4RE BBS all transfers are 100% successfully
  75. Also from 4.33 the COMPATIBILITY is EXTENDED to AX25 BBS software - F6FBB

  77. With other BBS without YAPP use the 6BIT (UU) or the BEST 7BIT CONVERSION

  79. The QUIT gadget is ALSO in the left-top corner, not VISIBLE!
  80. AmiPac is capable of 32 rows in PAL mode, 25 in NTSC mode (tested)
  81. And automatically 64 rows in INTERLACED PAL and 50 in INTERLACED NTSC
  82.  
  83. Set in SCRIPT-FILE the RIGHT-MARGIN you want. The program will
  84. GO to NEWLINE automatically. SET 39 if your friends works with
  85. terminals capables of only 40 characters on a line (C64 or some Apple)
  86.  
  87. This program has the respect of your KEYMAP, set it proper BEFORE start.
  88.  
  89. Information on the CLOCK-WINDOW ARE the following:
  90. PkLenght of YAPP PACKET sent to YOU (tipically 256 if HOST right-set);
  91. Status of the YAPP TRANSFER:3=SENDINIT, 4=SENDDATA, 8=RECVINIT, 9=RECVDATA and
  92. 10=OTHER TRANSFER, 12,13=ERROR CONDITIONS, 30=ABORT, etc.
  93. Size (final) of the FILE you are transfering;
  94. Transfer-Rate in percent;
  95. Bytes already transferred;
  96. Speed of transfer in CHAR/SEC;
  97. ELAPSED MINUTES from the START of the transfer;
  98. ESTIMATED time in MINUTES to the END of the TRANSFER (less than 10 % is a TOO
  99. SMALL value to WELL estimate the END. Howewer it CAN be EXACTLY the RIGHT ONE!

  118. and/or by other authors when most efficient, more small, and so on.
  119. Other functions, as Split Ascii, lo Split Binary, the 7bit encode/decode,
  120. the CRC32, the UUencode/decode, the combine ASCII, the YAPP protocol,
  121. the MeteoScatter, the Frequenzimetro and all others are BUILT-IN, except
  122. for comands DOS LIST, DIR, AVAIL, INFO, available in every system!
